THE CHALLENGE

Alan Patient & Co is an accounts service based in South Woodford. The team is made up of a number of school and academy specialists and as a result, the firm wanted to get more of these types of customers on board.

They wanted to be seen as leaders in the academic space and a challenger to competitors.

THE SOLUTION

Off the back of research into the target market, we wrote a three month plan on how we should approach this audience. 

 

It included an email marketing schedule, timed for the run up to the summer holidays, improvements to the Alan Patient & Co website to position this as a business with school and academy capabilities and an engaging inbound marketing strategy.

THE RESULTS

  • 11% open rate to a 'cold' database of key decision makers. For context when the company did this without BIG little LDN, the open rate was 1%.

  • Generated interest from three new academies off the back of the first email alone. For context the target Alan Patient & Co had set to achieve in six months was five new schools or academies.
