THE CHALLENGE

Matthew creates beautiful photographs for some of the worlds most prestigious brands wasn't using these images to new business.

 

The challenge was to generate new business and increase spend from current clients however, Matthew did not have an email marketing strategy and did not know who to target, when to target them and what content to send.

 

Little follow up was being done after emails were sent, meant opportunities for new business were being lost.

THE RESULTS

  • Added an additional 928 subscribers to email database

  • Generated an average open rate of 35% 

  • As a result of our emails, conversations were started with brands such as Diageo, M and M Direct, Boux Avenue and Asics.

  • Client retention increased as existing customers engaged with emails and made bookings.

THE SOLUTION

We created an engagement strategy for current customers depending on the frequency of their purchasing behaviour. 

We created and executed an annual email marketing plan of which sectors to target based on seasonal buying trends.

 

We provided 1:1 sales training for email follow up calls.
