With an interest in the long-term viability and continued authenticity of the arts and culture in Hackney Wick, the aim of Wick Wednesday is to retain, grow and protect the creative sector by building positive, mutually beneficial relationships with existing and future businesses in the area.
The challenge is to help facilitate a permanent, sustainable, creative economy for local residents, businesses and institutions in Hackney Wick by encouraging as many people to attend the multitude of events and experiences happening on the third Wednesday of every month.
