London - 1st September 2021. Leading GAP Insurance provider ALA Insurance, has appointed BIG little LDN as its retained social media agency after previously hiring the shop in September 2020 to create the brand’s Instagram channel and wider social media content strategy.

“Your Life” campaign featuring model and podcast host Lousie Boyce (@mamastillgotit_) generated over 156,000 views and a 6.6% engagement rate. The four-part video series highlighted the difficulty faced if your vehicle was written off or stolen and you had to find a replacement using only the money from the comprehensive insurance pay out.
The idea reflected a strategic shift from the brand to focus more on the lifestyle benefits of having GAP Insurance, rather than the rational policy features.
