
19th May 2026, London – Factotum has acquired Media Bounty, the B Corp integrated advertising agency, and BIG little LDN, the strategic marketing and PR agency, in a double deal that further strengthens its integrated marketing offering.
As a condition of the acquisitions, all teams across Factotum are now legally bound not to work with clients in fossil fuels, weapons, gambling, pesticides or pornography, extending Media Bounty’s long-held ethical positioning across the wider business.
Founded in 2020, Factotum brings together specialist expertise across marketing, recruitment, HR, Finance, Accounting, Payroll and IT, providing execution across multiple disciplines through a single point of contact. The marketing division will be led by Jake Dubbins, Co-Founder and Managing Director of Media Bounty supported by Beverley Kaye, former CEO of Saatchi & Saatchi Rowland in her role as Chief Client Officer.

Media Bounty’s Co-Founders Jake Dubbins and Emma Tozer have built a reputation for creative and media work rooted in sustainability, transparency and ethical practice. Its client roster includes Openreach, Dr Organic and Suntory. The agency also established ACT Climate Labs, a strategic communications consultancy for climate organisations invested in the clean energy transition, and has been active within the Conscious Advertising Network. Dubbins and Tozer will remain in post while also taking on expanded responsibilities across Factotum.
